This class is for individuals currently in treatment such as chemotherapy or radiation, post treatment, caregivers and family members.  I will guide you through breathing techniques, (pranayama), suitable postures or poses (asana), meditation and Yoga Nidra.  Experience the many benefits of Yoga for Cancer such as detoxification, strengthens the body, increases range of motion and flexibility, strong spine, strengthens immune system, helps to manage weight gain, helps to manage pain, reduces fear and anxiety, enhances body image, enhances empowerment and well-being.
