As we journey through this 8-week course with  Michele Santom.

Yoga Therapist, we will learn the Mindfulness of Eating. Are we hungry, tired, bored, stressed? Learn the techniques, breath, postures and meditation for bringing this healthy lifestyle into your own personal life.

This class will consist discussion and movement. 75 minutes. Advanced registration required.
