We are pleased to offer private yoga classes live, online via Zoom during EST business hours. Appointments are necessary. If you are local to the West Palm Beach - Boca Raton area, we offer in-person instruction either in your home or office, or in our private studio. Please note that your safety and ours is paramount and in-person classes will be held when Covid-19 guidelines permit.
