No excuses like “I am not flexible”, “I am too old for a yoga practice”, “I am too heavy.” Start right here, right now. Learn correctly and safely with our clear instruction to get you in and out of each pose. Navigate through the poses with confidence. Our instructors cue and demonstrate each pose as necessary. No confusing language to learn. You will experience good, clean instruction in small groups. Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a towel and bottle of water for your comfort.
