Embark on a journey to explore each pose in depth.  Taking the necessary time to “feel” each pose.  Discussion on how to enter and exit each pose safely and correctly. Accurately align the body, find the breath, weight distribution and just “be” in the pose.  A great class for all levels who want to fully experience each pose practiced.
