Many of us suffer from some kind of anxiety. We live in a fast paced, high stress world.

This class will lead you through breathing techniques, asana and meditation to calm anxiety.

Yoga for Anxiety is an 6 week course held on Wednesdays at 6 pm. It is 90 minutes long.

Investment is $108.00 for all 6 weeks or individually for $25.00. 

New session begins on Wednesday November 6th and runs through December 11th.  Just in time to de-stress for

the holidays.
