This class will lead you through breathing techniques, asana and meditation to calm anxiety.
Yoga for Anxiety is an 8 week course held on Mondays at 2 pm and Wednesdays at 6 pm. It is 75 minutes long.
Investment is $108.00 for all 8 weeks or individually for $20.00. There is no Monday class on April 15, 2019
