Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep, but the practice is actually one of awakening in every level of being. This class begins with settling down with a few deep breaths. Then for about 45 mins lying in a fully supported Savasana (Corpse Pose) where you are guided by my voice, bringing awareness throughout the body.
