Linda Scheele

Linda has been studying Forrest style yoga for over 5 years with Michele Santom at True Nature Holistics in Delray Beach. Having a hip replacement from an accident twelve years ago, degenerative disc disease (as she points out everyone old has it) and arthritis, she felt she had limitations doing exercise. “I was able to learn there are no limitations. Yoga transformed my life. My passion is for helping people struggling with injury, illness, heart disease, cancer, depression, stress. Restorative and Chair yoga is in fact better than sleep for releasing tense muscles, relieving joint aches and transitioning the mind and body quickly from stress to calm.”

Linda has the ability to connect with her students, inspire self confidence regardless of one’s age or yoga experience. After 25 years of owning three businesses; Organic Cellar Plus, Food Features Intl and XBAC, Linda’s teaching practice celebrates life though a compassionate celebration of the body, just as it is at this moment. Linda is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level. She has been studying Ana Forrest style yoga for over 5 years with Michele Santom owner of True Nature Holistics in Delray Beach. Nina

All I knew when I took my first yoga class in 2001, was that I wanted more! Over the years I’ve practiced many different styles and learned to love them all.

I completed my 200 hour certification in 2003 at the Sri Naranda’s center in Fort Lauderdale and it became my full time job for the next 7 years. In 2011, I had an accident where I hurt my leg, and in order to recover from it I focused on my personal practice. I now feel ready to humbly share my knowledge and teach yoga again.

Yoga has made me stronger, calmer, and of course more flexible person on and off the mat, but mostly it has developed my acceptance to myself and awareness of my body and emotions and that is what I would like to pass on in my classes.
